Callum Leslie is an Executive Chef leading the acclaimed kitchens at Tommy Banks' Michelin-starred The Black Swan at Oldstead, and The Abbey Inn, Byland.

With nearly 15 years of experience in some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants, Callum has honed a distinctive culinary style rooted in seasonality, innovation and a deep respect for local ingredients. In 2025, he was crowned the Yorkshire & North East regional winner on the 20th series of BBC Two's Great British Menu, cementing his place as one of the country's finest upcoming chefs.
